RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to contact@postureplace.com.au within this timeframe.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition, and still in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase for eligibility.

Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with the return address for sending the product back to our warehouse. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.

You are responsible for all return costs. This is why we suggest you use trackable shipping, as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY / FAULTY PRODUCTS
